Bio

My Name is Patrice Hyatt (Patty).  I am the Reading Specialist.  I am here to help the classroom teachers make everyone successful.

I grew up in Bandera, Texas.  I went to College to be a Dental Assistant and worked in Dentistry for 14 years.  I became a wife and mother and stayed at home with my two children which are now grown and have given me five beautiful grandchildren. 

I always wanted to be a teacher so when my children were in school, I went to Schreiner College and graduated in 2000.  I taught in Kerrville and Center Point Schools.

I am now retired, but I just cannot stay away from teaching children and making a difference in their lives.
