Registration
ADMISSIONS CRITERIA
Notre Dame may use the following criteria in making admissions decisions when applicable:
- Current school records
- Student's academic potential
- Standardized testing
- Student's discipline record
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
PK3: Child must be 3yrs old on or before Sept. 1st
PK4: Child must be 4yrs old on or before Sept. 1st
Kindergarten: Child must be 5yrs old on or before Sept. 1st
First Grade: Child must be 6yrs old on or before Sept. 1st
REGISTRATION PROCESS
New and returning students are required to complete a Registration/Admissions Form to ensure placement with Notre Dame in the next school year along with a non-refundable registration fee of $200- per student to guarantee enrollment. Acceptance of new students is determined by space availability for each grade. Waiting lists will be established when necessary.
STEP 1: Complete Registration/Admissions Form along with payment
STEP 2: Provide all requested documents as outlined on the Records Release Form
STEP 3: Wait for school review and acceptance notification
STEP 4: Arrange for payment of tuition and/or financial assistance
